Dear Brian,

I have been remiss in not getting back to you sooner, and thanking you for taking the time to inform Encore dealers of their demise. It was most helpful for the heads up info, and gave me notice to not place any future orders with them.

I, along with so many, many people in this business, will continue to miss the wonderful people that helped me on the phone for 32 years. I feel sadness for the loss of this great, creative and accommodating company, and feel terrible that they closed the way they did.

Your suggestions are appreciated, and your knowledge of this business is invaluable. I have always appreciated your dedication to “making things better” and your solid information you pass on to people who have been struggling to maintain their business in these trying times.

Thank you for all your suggestions, and I truly appreciate all that you do!

I was an encore dealer in Honduras and worked with them for the past five years. Linda was so great i will miss her a lot. I am still in shock how they closed their doors without announcing their dealers. How can a professional company who always sent their high quality products on time closed its doors in an unresponsibly way. Something huge must have happened. I am still waiting for brian’s email with an explanation.

I am an Encore dealer and I have chosen Encore invitations for my own wedding in March. I have yet to receive a letter or anything. I found this blog after researching online after trying for two weeks now to get information. I absolutely fell in love with the T1721 Brown Tuxedo Invitation. If anyone is familiar with it and know if they can create it, please let me know and we can figure everything out.

Just in case you didn’t realize this the groom wrote and starred in “In the Heights” – leads one to believe that most of the “performers” are professional – no wonder why it is so good!

This video is loaded with many facets of the party planning industry.
The guests are dressed elegantly, the tone set by the presentation of the invitation.
The setting is well dressed by the upstage lighting, floor length tablecloths, and a band rather than a DJ.
So, it is an exceptional advertising tool for the events planner as well as an individual vendor.

Thanks to Jeff for passing on your comments, or I never would have known; exccept that my last few emails were never answered. No point in going on about how I feel about it but I still have all 9 albums sitting in a spare room – is it time to trash them or can I still hold on to my hope for awhile longer….?
